Leather pouch I'd bought from an old backyarder bloke at Farmest one year for my Leatherman had lost it's stud. I soldiered on with it for a year or 2, but jeez it annoyed me. Decided to finally give the ABL double stud pouch a try based on the wife's good experiences with their bags.

I'd always thought the horizontal orientation looked gay and I'd never use one, but ordered the pouch with both vertical/horizontal options because ... well maybe you CAN teach an old dog!!

Arrived well packed pretty quickly, and I tried it on ... horizontally!! And it has stayed that way on my belt every day since!! Soooo intuitive and easy to reach - can't believe I wasted 30 years on vertical pouches! Initially I was dubious about the clips - it's SO hard to get durable ones - and here we have TWO of the darned things, with the lower one seeming tight. That was a coupla months ago, and it's STILL rock solid. A bloody good buy this one, perfect fit for Leatherman Wave, and it'll last a long time!

After putting up with broken clips and belt loops on inferior pouches in the past, it is great to now have a very smart, strong, and safe pouch for my leatherman that is my constant companion wherever I go. Still has to go in the checked in baggage on the plane though!
